35ah battery instead of 29ah?

Hi all,

As I noted in my other post (Should have just sold it in Germany – MyNIU.org), my battery apparently needs a new BMS. In addition to looking it replacing the BMS, I was looking into the cost of replacing the battery itself. I have a 2017 N1S with a 29ah battery. One vendor in the UK (where I live) is selling the 35ah battery for slightly less than the 29ah battery. This led me to wonder, could I used a 35ah battery in my N1S instead of a 29ah battery? Or would this cause problems?

Not that I know of.
Pro Tip 😉: Ask your dealer if you may connect that 35ah battery to your trusty ’17 N1S – this is for checking, if the ECU successfully talks to that BMS.
