Constantly get error 30 when charging and can’t charge to 100%

      Usually it stops chargin at around 80% and I tried reseating the connectors, restarting power charger, I get error 30 flashing on the Niu screen and notifications in Niu app even when I’m not chargin and the bike (NIU N1s 2018) stays at around 80% charged with power charger not plugged in.

      Anyone knows the solution?
      In the instructions on the web it says I should just turn on the lights but it’s not helping. What kind of helps is when I introduce more load and start driving but this error still prevents be to fully charge my bike.
