By model I meant the year, as I understand that the 2018 has some improvements in safety. Again, I find mine pretty bright, perhaps the alignment is not 100% But if you are missing a part like you mentioned you should take it back to the dealer as it still is under warranty.

Same overhere, I bought it in february 2020. Beside the amount of light it seems designed to see the moon. The high beam doesn’t even touches the ground. Did anyone already solved this problem?
Did anyone exchanged the “bulb”?
