      Hello, I have a N-Sport, after a 6 weeks travel the battery appears disconnected and can’t charge it. The test in the app (see image attached) says <span style=”color: #ff0000;”>BMS Communication Fault</span>.

      During this 6 weeks the battery stayed connected to the vehicle and appears to be discharged.

      I’m 1.500km away from the seller and going back to it with the motorcycle isn’t an option. I have an electrical degree and knowledge to hack into the system.
