      My scooter NIU M1S is displayed Error 99 on dashboard and not displayed Batterry / speed information (see in attached picture)

      Now i can not change the gear, max speed now is about 20km/h . Help me please!

      Error 99 is a communication issue, maybe caused by a loose connection of wires of the smart central controller. Best to take your M1S to your dealer to fix this.

      I live in Vietnam where is the NIU does not have any certified dealers or servicing centers in Vietnam. But i could try under your guide.
