    It looks like your 6 pin connectors are totally wrongly connected (I had the same problem yesterday, see above reply from Eddy Current).

    What you can try (and this helped me) is to connect 6 pin connectors again but keep in mind do it only like indicated on the pic. For No.1 (connect connector 1 with 1). Don’t connect No.2 with 2, leave them free!

    Thank you very much for the hint, it worked. Once connected, LED in ECU started blinking and it was already a good message.

    Three points I realized:

    1. Cruise control is still working (I might seen that someone said that it stopped working)
    2. Ready Status via green Start button will pass over even if NIU has side stand open (before it was not possible)
    3. NIU is more “aggressive” and sensible which is a great feeling

    Test on the Stand is impressive!

    Were you able to successfully connect the ECU? I got mine today but I have no idea what to do with these both connectors. I Installed it and I got error 191 on the display and READY sign is already there on without pressing green button to activate it. NIU is not starting to ride

    Any idea?
