    Hi, I have the exact same problem. Any suggestions? Need to get it to the dealer, but if it a simple fix?

    Before this happened I had another problem with the battery. It was fully charged, but the Niu said it was empty. The dealer charge BMS. Could that be it?

    Yes, I have installed it 3 times. After some initial confusing advice from the seller, it turns out it was correctly installed the first time. Everything works as expected except that I can’t select mode 3. When I re-install the original controller mode 3 works as normal. The seller will send instructions on how to configure the controller. To be updated…

    I ordered the same controller as you and installed the it today. It’s bigger than the original, but I got it in place.

    It works, but only on settings 1 & 2 (max 53 km/h). I can’t select the higest speed no 3. So, It’s not that much faster. Is that a problem you have heard of?

    What shipping method did you use and how long time did it take to get it?

    I got my NIU N1S in August, the tTransportstyrelsen states that it is manufactured in January 2018. Sounds lite it’s the same model as yours. Which controller did you buy? The “old” or “new”?
