    Mine (N1S) are stable, my kids use them and they feel solid. They also stay in place when I fold them.

    And yes, for the activation I also needed to contact support, but only for the first time, has been up and running since, no issues.

    Just returned from the dealer today to have the software upgraded and the guy removed the magnet. It appears it is not for cruise control after all, it is a speed limiter. Cruise control is still working fine and now it does not throttle back anymore when going down hill. 🙂

    Learned from the dealer today that magnet is for the cruise control.

    I did not, I ordered the controller but was lucky to be able to cancel it. So now I’m back to square one 🙁 Waiting for a solution.

    2018 … 2 months old. It works fine, but sometimes I get that scraping sound for a few minutes and then it is gone again. Sometimes in the beginning, sometimes when I drive on a straight road. Very strange indeed. But I’m not worried, I guess it needs some adjustments, my dealer will find it.

    Still very happy with it, with summer being here in NL I drive it daily and enjoying it.

    To be honest I have the exact same problem since day 1, bought mine new. I’m bringing it in for service-check next week and I’m curious if they can fix this. Because it is annoying, but it is not all the time.

    1700 and 130km (about 2 charging cycles?), I would take the 2017 and keep the 800 in your pocket. If you can miss it financially take the 2018. But the differences are not worth the 800 euro unless you want a new-new one.

    (Why are they selling it already after just 130km? Is it ex-demo?)

    Here in the NL the 2018 is 3000, so actually 2500 is already a good deal.

    Wow, that looks different then the one I ordered. You have one plug, mine has 2. Could that be the difference between 2017 and 2018 version?

     

    Still waiting for mine from Taobao to arrive though, has been 4 weeks already. :-/

    Oh really? I ordered the same kit from Taobao 🙁 Do the connectors fit? But it does not work?
